 position Reporting to the President, Jeff will initially maintain existing accounts. Eventually, he will move into a sales roles, generating new business. Ultimately, he will be groomed to be the President's right-hand person for numerous businesses. He explains it in his own words:

     "There were several reasons for accepting the opportunity: 1) I am looking to build a real estate portfolio; the target of the company is real-estate investors. Additionally, the president and his brothers own over 7 million sq ft of real estate, primarily in Los Angeles."

     "2) I was targeting sales. This position ultimately will be a sales position. I am set up for success in this position because I have other responsibilities (for nominal pay) that I can perform as long as needed until I learn the business and am ready to begin selling. I believe I can be ready within 6 months. The combination of our expectations is a great recipe for success."
